The hair is very good. No nappy or split ends. True to length .

I prefer they straight hair! Have had all of there hairs but the straight by far is the best ever. There wigs is good as well but make sure you know the size of your head because there wigs is one size which i think they should've told me before I came up there I'm just glad It fitted my head perfectly. Will be returning and will continue supporting this professional black owned business. By the way the employees are very professional and patient I know I can be a very difficult customer because I am very indecisive, but as always they patiently wait as i make up my mind a they should. 

There phone rep was very Nice. I had to be on the phone with her about 20 mins and she answered every question to the best of her ability. Then when i went to the store to purchase the hair there staff was extremely welcoming and polite. The hair is very soft so far haven't installed yet but will come back with more of a review after i wear for a month . So far so good love the atmosphere! 

I love there hair. I purchased a 22"24"26"28" 7 months ago and it is still good people still ask me where i get my hair from and if this is still the same hair i just tell them the same thing everytime. I will recommend them to everyone
